Amendment to the Notice of Regatta (bold text denotes a change)
10.4.3 (e) The letter score TLE (time limit expired) is scored one point more than the number of boats that started the race.
Amendment to the Sailing Instructions
9.2 For LD courses, the time limit for the race will be 2.5 hours for the first boat to sail the course and finish. A boat failing to finish within 60 minutes after the first boat in her class finishes will be scored TLE.
